Covering an area of 22 m², the Gîte is equipped with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a private shower room with washbasin and WC, a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and a living dining room, with a new high quality 140X190 convertible sofa bed. Large storage cupboard, high table 6 seats convertible into a coffee table. The capacity of this gîte is 2 to 4 people but can be increased to 6 people by privatizing the RIOU FER bedroom and its large shower room and WC sinks within the gîte area. Finally the cottage has a large terrace (40 m²) with a view of the garden and the swimming pool, a garden furniture completes this space. Access to the cottage is private.
